Test your English

these are short tests, you can use them for practice

  • If you want to test your English, you can visit this page: it contains a level test about grammar.

You only have to insert suggested words in sentences, finding the right place for them. I did it and I think it is a good test.

  2. you are right, my blog is not as exhaustive as it should be, but it is designed for a group of primary school teachers and it considers their educational needs. I thank you for your suggestion, and I'm sure it will be useful for other ELS students. thank you for commenting

  3. Hi, I like your site. You've put a lot of work and efort into it. Good for you.

"Professionalism" among teachers would (I feel) involve doing ALL you can to be the best sample of English to all those you can , no matter what their personal level or knowledge might be.

Anyone can read over what they write and use punctuation. Maybe on Face Book blogs or something we can get away with cutting corners (I don't even do it there.) But just as we would be wise to wait for the light before crossing when children can see us, so would it be wise to use our best (put our "best foot forward" as they say) when going on line where others may NOT be native speakers. Punctuation and Capitals are the first step!

    1. I'm sorry, if I sometimes forget capital letters, but I really do work a lot and I'm always in a hurry. I will pay more attention, in order to become more "professional" as you suggest. Thank you for your comment. By the way, "effort" needs double "f" :)

  5. I feel this is a very good practice of promoting Secure English Language Test (SELT) and hence there is a need to provide some more information and gather knowledge about this test before going ahead. As of now we at our platform are charging £250 against the original price of
    £200.
